What types of hot runner heaters do you offer?
We supply ceramic heating rings, steel sleeve heating rings, mica heating rings and matching thermocouples. Custom size, wattage and wiring are supported.
What materials are your heaters suitable for?
Our heating elements fit molds for plastics, mold & die, packaging, rubber & silicone molding. They work with PP, ABS, PC, PET and other thermoplastics.
Do your hot runner heaters have certification?
Yes. Our heating components comply with CE LVD and EMC standards.
Order
What is your lead time?
Sample order: 7–10 working days; bulk order: 15–30 working days, depending on quantity.
Can I get samples before mass production?
Yes, samples are available. Sample cost can be refunded when you place formal bulk orders.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer. Other terms can be negotiated.
Delivery
What shipping methods are available?
We support courier, air freight and sea freight based on your order volume and schedule.
Who will bear the shipping cost?
Freight cost is borne by the buyer. We can quote shipping cost for you in advance.
Will you provide tracking number after shipment?
Yes, we will send you the tracking number once goods are dispatched.
